also, it should be .ac.jp
.ed(u) is an americanism... proper internet domains use .ac.(country code)

I took a look at the maps you gave me and pulled a few
strings with the NWB in Oahu. A bud of mine at NWB agrees
with your assessment. Tropical Storm 'Mikado' almost
certainly will move out to sea and shift north again
before hitting the Japanese mainland. I don't think you
need to start looking for typhoons.
As a matter of a fact, he said that there is less than
1 chance in 100 that the depress
typhoon.

part of it was lost, based on what i've read of an earlier version.
the original (in the version i read) went

as far as i can remember anyway.
