These ideas popped into my head several times, but since I refuse to do any new fanfics until I can get something concrete out of my first two(D-bard, Packrat, I'm *working* on it!), I wanted to get them out before I forget them.  Maybe one of you could get inspired.


Tenchi Muyo!:
During a fight with a major villain, Ayeka is mortally wounded.  Ryoko is with her at the time, and the only way she can think to save her("*why* am I even doing this?" she thinks) is to absorb the princess into herself.  As an unexpected side effect, now whenever Ryoko splits herself off, her double looks exactly like Ayeka.

What if Ayeka retains a seperate consiousness within Ryoko?

What if she doesn't?  How will Ryoko deal with the fact that the two of them are merged, and she is now starting to act a little like Ayeka?

In both cases, will Ryoko(and Ayeka?) try to hide this fact from the others, playing the role of both Princess and Pirate?  What if Washu or Sasami finds out?  What about Tenchi?


Ranma 1/2:
Now many of us know(or at least believe) that Ranma and Akane are destined to be together.  But what if this was not so?  What if, for whatever reason, they were completely unable, or even unwilling, to go through with it.  What if they both married someone else?

What if it was true, anyway?

What if, years after their failed engagement, Ranma and Akane had an affair with each other?


Pokemon/Monster Rancher(Possible Spoiler):
In ancient times, the battle between Moo and the Phoenix ended when the last scientists seperated the bodies and souls of all the monsters.  Moo ended up frozen in an ice cavern deep within a mountain.

The Phoenix, however, had it's mind and body seperated into six pieces, each scattered in another dimension.  The first landed in our world, and became Genki.

The other five landed in the Pokemon World, and became the Legendary Birds: Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Lugia, and Ho-Oh.

Moo has awakened, and rejoined his body.  The only way to save the Monster Rancher World is if Genki rejoins the Birds, restores the Phoenix, and destroys Moo once and for all.  But if the Birds leave the Pokemon World, it will die.

One world must be destroyed to save the other.  But which one?  Is there a way to save them both?
