[DRAFT]

The sun warmed the street as two figures wandered
 through Nerima.

What? No rain? There was so much water in the first three episodes that
I
thought Kevin Cosner was going to float by on his ship from Waterworld. :)

"Please excuse my unseemly outburst just now, but there are

Somewhere a galaxy explodes. Ranma being polite?! :)

"Look, Pop," Ranma continued. "I'm your son," (small
twitch) "and I love you," (this time the twitch was from

Hey, whose that guy coming down from the clouds? Ohhhhh...Yeah, I should
have guessed the Second Coming would happen after what Ranma said. :)

Heh...

ANOTHER WORD FROM TANGENT: By now, some of you may be
wondering why Ranma seems to be more 'wordy' as Lord Talon
put it. If you remember from the beginning of the manga and
the anime versions, Ranma started off as unusually subdued
and polite after his curse, and remained polite and shy
around strangers until his first misunderstanding with
Akane. As Ranma seems to be naturally brash, this may have
been another effect of the curse, or at least a response
 to it.
Anyway, as Ranma believes, in this time line, that
Jusenkyo has had more than just a physical effect on
Genma, it would make sense if Ranma were also so effected
by his curse. Of course, it could all be psychosomatic... ^_^

Okay you might want to put this at the beginning, 'cause I was struggling
trying to keep myself from going "What the heck is going on here?"
Interesting idea, though.

It stays where it is. I already moved it from its original home at the
begining of
chapter three, and it would like to settle in and have a rest. ^_^

One question: How is Genma acting more like a panda and less like a
human?

The irony here is that Genma might not have changed very much at all, but
Ranma's
perceptions of his father may have been what was altered instead. I'm not
saying yet. ^_^

BTW: Did I say I liked Shattered Dreams? If not, then: I liked Shattered
Dreams.
