This is just something that wouldn't let go of me when I heard it.

Taking a break from his fanfiction writing, Tom Mathews decided to
walk the streets of his former paper-route. As he walked down one of
the alleys, a disk of white light appeared before him. He quickly
stopped and started backing away. Three figures stepped through the
disk. Two of them were short red-headed girls, the other a tall green
haired woman. The two girls were wearing genie outfits and the woman
was wearing a Sailor Senshi uniform.
'Ranma, Misty, and Sailor Pluto? This isn't happening,' Tom thought.
Pointing her staff at Tom, Sailor Pluto said, "Tom Mathews, we find
that what you have done to us in your fics deserves something. Since
you like clockworks and genies so much, we prepared something for you."
Not caring what was going to happen next, Tom shot off at his top
speed. Before he made it too far, Ranma caught up to him and grabbed
him. Despite fear and trying a forced beserk, Tom could not break free
of Ranma's grasp. The red-headed martial artist dragged the writer back
to where Sailor Pluto and Misty were waiting.
"You've turned me and Ranma into genies under someone else's control in
your fics and you turned Ranma and Sailor Pluto into wind-ups," Misty
almost shouted. "Let's see how you like it."
Holding Tom securely, Ranma said, "We made some Jusenkyo water just for
you."
Sailor Pluto pulled out a glass of water and carefully poured it over
Tom Mathews. As soon as the water hit him, he changed into a she.
Along with that change was a change in clothes and a large key
protruding from the new made female's back. The clothes were a green
version of a genie's costume. Tom's black hair had changed color to red
and he shrunk from his 6'3" height to 5'10".
Sailor Pluto declared, "You are now cursed to become a female clockwork
genie when doused with cold water. Whoever winds you up is your master
and can make wishes."
Misty's eyes burned a bit as she said, "We're not totally heartless. A
spell has been put on this form and every so often you will change
dimensions. After a while, we might free you from this."
Ranma wound the clockwork genie up and said, "I wish you would start
your journey now."
The clockwork genie nodded and blinked out of this reality, leaving the
three girls behind.
Ranma asked, "Where do you think he/she will wind up first?"
"Who knows, but it'll definetly be interesting," Pluto replied.
