I don't really see why Ranma would duplicate Keiichi's wish.

If he believes that he's going to get what he wishes for (it wasn't really clear
to me whether he did in the story), he'd most likely ask for a cure for his
curse. If not, there's a lot of things he might say, but I don't see any reason
for him to pick this one.
