Well Needless to say the amount of responses I recieved from this query was quite surprising! I recieved more responses to this proposal than practically anything I've done before. Now albeit I imagine some esteemed writers on this list have generated much more than the amount I accumilated, it was much more than I expected.

So heres the deal... I've read the series many many times, but studied it I have not. It's gonna take a little time for me to work up the proper information I need to create a "True" Terry Brooks feel, so I can't even begin to estimate when I can truly put the pen to paper, or in this case, fingers to keys. I've had a few questions as to settings and my thoughts now are aimed at somewhere between "Wishsong" and "Scions". Theres something like a 300 yr gap or so between these books and that should give me plenty of room to work with.

But as I just stated I want to keep the story as accurate to Terry Brooks's style as possible and keep within the realm he created without taking TOO many liberties. So I'm gonna be spending some time in preperation and it could be a while before the first chapter is posted. I would guess christmas at the latest, given my school schedule and all, but thats all relevant and it could be much earlier.

I appreciate everyone who responded, it was a rather unexpected turnout and I was pleasently surprised! I look foward to beginning this project and got my fingers crossed in hopes for the best in my own abilities. Thanks All!!!
