Thank you to everyone that replied to my earlier post. 

NBCI seems to be fixing the problem, but there are still a lot of errors.
I can  only get on to my site and other xoom sites 1/3 of the time. It either gives me a forbidden message, the page loads very slowly, or I get a cannot display page message.  I still have to fix a few things on my page, like the midi since that was written as part of the xoom account.
