I think it blew up thanks to the timeship. 

The survivors created timeships that could alter history like nothing.

 But the more they altered, the less like the history they wanted occured.

She blew it up. Rammed Voyager into it, I think.

and their planet reappeared again.

Time was reset actually, and the guy who built it made a different decsion 
then the last time. The ship was never built, therefore nothing had happened, 
therefore I once again remember why time travel gives me a headache. =)

But it was an interesting take on time. How much can you alter before reality 
becomes unstable? The episode is a good example of what you could do with 
Sailor Moon. How badly can you screw things up?
