We all know Usagi is a clumsy, ore than a little ditzy, but has a good
heart. We also know that Setsuna manipulates things to ensure Crystal
Tokyo
happens the way it "should".
How do we "know" Setsuna manipulates time? She guards the Gates, and
can give people keys that let them into the Time Tunnel so they can go
back and forth through time, but I've never seen any evidence in the
anime which suggests she has the ability or desire to manipulate time
(outside of the Time Protector attack).

Ok, I admit to not knowing much about Sailor Moon, and most of what I do
know I have picked up here and there, mainly from fanfics. Setsuna
manipulating time seems to be as cliche as Akane and her Superdimensional
Mallet, stored in Hammerspace/Stuffspace/wherever.
THis was just an idea that popped into my head. I wanted to let someone
else
use it since, as I admited earlier, my knowledge of Sailor Moon is rather
limited.
