I wouldn't worry about it too much.  In the end, Microprose warmed to
the idea, and even distributed the guy's fanfic *with the game* (at
least, one or more of the versions they published after coming to said
decision).

Oh... well, it certainly isn't in my edition... it still has the *old* name... UFO, Enemy Unknown... ^_^

That clinches it. Microprose certainly won't be sending lawyers after you, Adam Brown...

BTW, are we gonna see Blaster Launchers? ^_^
