A man dressed in flowing robes with inscriptions on them lifts his half-blue, half-red face. Reaching to his side, he grips the blade of his enormous blade, pulling it free from the ground with a rumble.
A blond man pushes the hair back, revealing a red orb where his right eye should be He grins and laughs, rubbing a bronze statue in the shape of a bushin ninja.
A well dressed man sits down at his pipe organ, playing a melody he knows well. Green sparks flutter around his arm as his thoughts turn toward a pained past.
A handsome man climbs over a hill in Spain, the rocks rubbing him even through his scaled vest. As the first drops of rain fall on him, he seeks cover, but knows it's too late.
In the year 2012, old heroes will resurface.
A man in a white gi stares over his students and his dojo. He feels a sudden restlessness, and longs for days gone by. Holding the letter, he knows they are back.
A jaded man ignites the letter in his hands, hoping to stamp it out of his mind. For a moment, the eclipsed sun on his glove seems to glow as he comes to a decision.
A dark man rises from the shadows in which he had remained for years. The burden of those he had slain still hung to him like a mantle, but such are the pains of a hunter.
An unshaven man throws his cap into the air, letting it clang to the ground. He had finally found something worthwhile to do. Calling his foster son, he boards a ship for Japan.
In the year 2012, old grudges will come to bear.
A man with an eyepatch sits slowly, preparing himself for what might be his final operation. His men had the opportunity to decline, but they hadn't. He had good men.
A grinning man thrust his hand forward, throwing the hundredth wave of pain that day. For him, the thrill of victory was important, perhaps more important than owning a whole city. He grinned.
A scarred woman touches the pink line on her cheek, remembering what was done to her. Or rather, trying to, for her recollection of what he did to her was... spotty.
A pained man feels a familiar ache in his chest as he unleashes the dark flame around him. Blood pools in his mouth and he can taste the rage welling up in him.
In the year 2012, ancient bloodlines will rise again.
A man with a dark grin feels new might within him. For all of his previous power, he is infinitely stronger now. A ray of shadow penetrates his being, and he knows his destiny.
A barrel-chested man snaps his arm, sending his hand slapping to the floor. Over the years, his blood had given him more and more strength, but none as much as now. A gust of wind circles him as he begins to laugh.
A vibrant woman smiles as she feels her already-powerful chi grow larger than ever. Her fans roar at her, only giving her more dark might. As she drains their vitality, she feels the void gape open.
A bandanna clad man rears back, touching the ground with his fist. He had done it so often before, but now it gave him strength, as though the earth itself empowered him.
In the year 2012, the King of Fighters will be decided once again.
A cheerful woman smiles as her two partners wrestle. As she talks, a screen appears near her, displaying, "KoF '12: Clash of Forever."
