A building crew can't have velocity. Unless, that is, you fire them out
of a
cannon. Velocity, you see, isn't speed. They're closely related, but
velocity is actually the derivative of speed. Velocity is a measurement
of
how quickly a thing's speed is increasing.
Long story short, change that word. Maybe just have Ranma marvel at the
efficiency of the crews. "Speed" is a tricky word too, mathmatically
speaking.
More like time for physics....
Speed and velocity are almost the same thing, except that velocity has a
direction(So and so is moving thataway at that speed) while speed
doesn't (so and so is moving at that speed). Acceleration is the
measurement of how quickly a thing's speed is increasing.
Er... okay, I'll keep this in mind. Maybe some day I'll even use it. ^_^
Other than that, I agree with you that effifiency is more appropriate.
Will use "efficiency", all right.

to see one rule the sky while the other bashes in the Zentraedies heads
in in hand to hand fighting (The scene in the Zentraedi Mothership comes
to mind).
It was never my intention to replace Rick, or nothing even remotely similar.
I just left him aside for one chapter while I focused on Ranma's
development--which, I realize, was a mistake. I'll correct this, just wait.
Just don't replace Max Sterling too!
Good youn' Max? It never crossed my mind. He WILL still be the best pilot in
the FRW, at least in this fic. I lick my lips when I think about describing
his battles.

Yes, it's mine, but I want you and all the other FFMLers to read it. And
because of this, I'll make any changes needed to keep you reading, no matter
how much it may hurt my developing ego (it'll grow up again, I'm sure ^_^).
