A few comments about this chapter.
As always a fun chapter, but I must confess I was a little bit lost
when it came to all the dream stuff. Does Ranma really want to zap
Genma?. And I'm not at all sure where the Elvis stuff came from :-)
Interesting to see if anything more comes of that slight 'infection'
of Xian-Pu's personality
I'm not an expert on Tenchi at all, although I've seen the OAV's,
from my knowledge the Tenchi chars seemed just fine, But since my
knowledge isn't all that great, that's not saying much.
The bit about Ranma deciding whether or not to go back to Jusenkyo
and the Nannichuan is quite interesting. I've often thought that
switching is worse than being permanently in one form, even if that
form is female (for Ranma) (the same would not be true for Ryoga stuck
in P-Chan form), it's nice to see Ranma realise that here. Of course
changing back into a strange male body is also part of it. That last
Ranma/Tenchi scene was quite weird though. Sort of like Allergy
treatments I guess!
Is the curse really gone though?. Or just the extra mass needed for
the boy form. Could be interesting if the latter. If the curse was
unlocked and Ranma tried to switch back, several things could happen
1), Nothing happens
2). Ranma switches back into a smaller version of himself, the same
weight as the girl form.
3). Ranma switches back to boy form with bits missing. Like maybe
parts of various vital organs. Could be very nasty!
A few minor comments:-
Ranma was trapped as a girl from her first dip in the
Nanniichuan.
I assume you mean 'Nyannichuan' here
"Stupid, boy! What were you thinking!? Relying on a weapon?
I trained you better than that!" the panda yelled at Ranma, who
The panda yelled?. If Genma is a panda at the time, presumably
these are signs with large bold letters and lots of exclamation
marks on them :-). But then again, this is a dream...
"I know, but it's not for eating, it for cleaning," Sasami
it -> it's (unless Sasami is picking up Shampoo-speak :-))
