Vash the Stampede is the most wanted man on the planet.

Vash yelped in surprise as the bullets flew past his head and he groaned as
he saw the table he had been sitting at get vaporized by a shotgun blast.
"Aw man, and those pancakes looked so good too."

He is so dangerous, a sixty billion double dollar bounty has been placed on
his head.

"Hiya Kids!" Vash said, waving to the youngsters as he exited the motel.

Now, this most wanted man is about to meet up with the only naturally
occuring perpetual motion machine in the universe.

The wheels of the roller blades hummed as they moved over the rocky ground.

He was snatched from his home by an oracle, found new friends and joined
their war against an evil tyrant.

Now, the worlds of these two wildly different heroes are about to collide,

Vash stared at the young boy who sat on the ground and then jerked his head
around to stare at trees, rocks, and birds. Green, birds, like the stories. .
.
So great was his shock that he didn't notice the strange wolflike creature
until it was almost on top of him. He did notice when he hit the ground
though and when it adressed the boy.
"You okay Genki?"

Vash stood on the mountaintop, rifle in his hands and recalled Meryl's words
from earlier.
"While no one knows how the Plants work, we do know that they were part of
the Stardrives that brought the colony fleet here in the first place. It's
also been theorized that they work by opening small holes in time and space,
literally creating tiny dimensional gates.
"I didn't understand a word of that," Tiger growled.
"To put it simply," Meryl said quietly, "If the theory is true and this Moo
guy gets his hands on a Plant, he may not need that stone hanging around
Holly's neck anymore. Other worlds besides this one and yours could be in
terrible danger!"
"Well that's pretty simple," Hare noted.

Vash stood there, staring up at Moo. The big creature flexed it's fingers and
smiled right before lunging at him. With a battle cry, or rather a shouted
"Mommy!" Vash swept his leg in a wide horizontal arc, hoping that his boot
knife might do some damage
