The actual Ranma SNES cartridges are pretty much IMPOSSIBLE to find.
HOWEVER. . .
There's a thriving community of hackers who actually back up video
console cartridges to "ROM" files (about 1 to 5 MG for SNES games), and
play them on the PC using console emulator programs.

The legality of game console emulators is an ongoing debate. EVERY
emulator page and ROM archive starts with a disclaimer (sound familiar,
people?) that "all games are demos, delete within 24 hours unless you
have the actual game cartridge." In practice, however, the rules are
rarely enforced, at least for commercially "dead" consoles like the
SNES.
CURRENTLY MARKETABLE consoles like the N64 are another matter. N64 Rom
archives are almost IMPOSSIBLE to find, since they keep getting shut
down. Besides, the Rom files tend to be HUGE. ("Golden Eye" = 70 MG!)
Game Boy and Game Boy Color Roms exist, and are plentiful. Even though
the system is still marketable, the rules aren't as enforced as with the
N64. (Probably because of the portability factor.)
While I'm on the subject, there's a related community of "Abandonware"
archives, providing old computer games which are no longer
supported/marketed by their manufacturers.

Gainax's "Princess Maker 2," and SF2 clones like Sango Fighter and Super
Fighter.
