As far as we know, she never visited it before the conclusion
of the TV series, and she came a lot closer to being destroyed
there.
Actually, one of Ryoko's lines near the end of the TV series, right
before Tenchi went off to save Aeka, was something along the lines of
"I know the way." (I only know the dub, so......)
So either she's been there before, or she knows where Jurai is from
some other source. Probably the latter, all things considered, but you
never know......
