Whoo! Great stuff! Well worth the wait. I have but one, niggling
correction.
Joan of Arc would be refered to as "Jeanne, La Vierge D'Orleans" as
opposed>to "Plucelle du Orleans". Plucelle (I assume) is a typo, since
"pucelle" is an>extremely slangy term for virgin or maid, sometimes used
to
refer to the actual>hymen.
I'm sorry to report that, but Pucelle d'Orleans is the proper term for
naming Joan of Arc. That is the word that was used in that time for
describing virgins. That is also how historians refer to her. They even
had "puceau" for the male virgins. And even today, it is not considered
slang in french, in Quebec, at least.
Well, Plucelle was a typo, but for the rest, yes, that's very accurate. But
I do appreciate the comments on the story. And as for Part Four, we'll see,
won't we? ^_-
