Hey, K'thardin!

Heh, been following the chapters quite religiously, and am quite glad
that
you've been sending out chapters like this again. ^_^

Thanks! It's a bit of a relief to be able to make my chapters this long,
again. Those first few felt a little cramped. Then again, I've noticed that
ever since getting my good computer up and running, my chapters are a bit
longer than they used to be.

 I did want to point
out though, in previous chapters if you wanted to make them bigger, you
should have just broken them into a couple of pieces and sent them to the
ffml. It's truly a pleasure to read your works, and it's a shame if you
felt a need to limit yourself because of that.

True, I could have broken them up, but my problem with chapters sent to the
list like that is that sometimes they arrive in a strange order. For
example, I once recieved the first and last parts of a chapter, then had to
wait nearly six hours for the middle to show up in my Inbox. Might just be
on my server, but I'd rather save my readers that kind of a headache.

Honestly there isn't much I can comment on except the occassional
whiticism,

Hey, I love witticisms! Witticisms are what make the world go 'round! Unless
you have some evidence to the contrary, like that fairy tale about how it's
actually gravity, or something... ^_^

cause quite frankly this is about as perfect as it gets as far as
characters
and situations go. And since your spelling and grammer is, by and large,
far better than mine, I really have a lack of corrections here. Still, I
hope what I am doing here helps.

Definitely! I love any and all forms of C&C, and a lot of times, reader's
comments are good for getting my wheels turning. For example, there's an
entire sub-plot in Dark Crusade that stemmed from a comment you made to me
back in Flashback part 10. ^_~

 Anyway...

Most of us are really poor. Heh.

If we weren't, we would be once all those big and scary lawyers got finished

You know, this could be a bad thing if he winds up either kissing or in
some
more...intimate position with a warm blooded female like Nasuti. I mean,
I
could think of all sorts of really funny things that could happen if he
 doesn't umm...warm himself up first. ^^

I don't think Naaza would find them very funny, though! :p

Actually, I'm sure a smart girl like Nasuti would have some very enlightened
ideas on how to warm him up. After all, they say that body heat is best for
such things : skin-to-skin contact, and such...

Kind of gives a bright side to hypothermia, doesn't it? ^_~

As long as it's not Pokemon. Dear God, don't let him be addicted to
Pokemon! That poor boy is far too cool to be addicted to Pokemon. Heh.

Nah, Naaza's already admitted that Pikachu fills him with fear and loathing.
He's not a big fan of cabbits, either... in fact, pretty much anything cute
makes him violently ill.

Go ahead. Say it's shit. We won't hold it against you girl. ^_^

Oh, but that little red Suzuki has seen them through some very tough times.
I'm sure she'd feel bad calling it names just because of one little stall.

Nasuti : Plus, I always curse in my native tongue when kids like Jun are
around. He can't speak French, so he's never really sure what I mean.

At least she's not as bad as Polgara who can swear in a few dozen
languages.
Heh. Then again, she likely knows quite a few herself, so why limit
herself
to Japanese when there are a variety of other curses? Heh.

Like I said, Nasuti speaks fluent French, and her English isn't too bad,
either. After all, she IS a university professor, and she was raised in
France. I'm sure she knows all sorts of interesting words. ^_^

If it weren't for her damn kid brother constantly busting in on you! (I
know
he's not her brother, but the concept is the same. At least he's not
jumping on the bed and shouting "Fuckers! Fuckers! Fuckers!" ^^)

Jun : Give me time, man! I'm still getting warmed up.

Most males who have had girlfriends in school with kid brothers are very
much aware of this particular problem. The threats to his life are
usually
 the same. heh.

Haven't we all? Add to that the fact that even RYO gave in to his urge to
smack Jun, and the boy might want to practice his sprinting pretty soon.
Naaza's bad enough when he's just goofing around. Would you want him
actually MAD at you?

<Wreck-Gar> Hold on! Snoopy visitors get mud in the eye, by and by. Film at

The sad thing is, I can easily see Naaza talking like that.

Well...at the very least he's correct about what to be afraid of. Heh.

Nasuti still hasn't figured out how much trouble she's actually IN, as far
as Naaza is concerned. Jun, on the other hand, has a pretty good idea what's
going on. And he doesn't like it one bit.

Yep, a very common problem, with a very common thought process. God help
her if he ever asks her to a ball in the Dark Kingdom. Imagine a Prom or
 Homecoming party there. Heheheheheheheheheheh.

Wow, sort of like every Stephen King and Wes Craven movie all at once. With
a soundtrack of every song ever played by Metallica. Maybe I have YST on the
brain, but that "I Disappear" song from the Mission : Impossible 2
soundtrack reminds me of Rajura every time I hear it....

Talk about executions gone horribly wrong. Sounds like something they'd
put
 on a TV special. heheheheh.

And knowing the Masho, they probably have it on tape somwhere. At the very
least, I'm sure Rajura has a number of incriminating Polaroids. ^_^

Here is an interesting thought. Imagine it if he wound up becoming
adicted
to things like Cable TV or Nintendo (now I can almost see him becoming
addicted to Pokemon...or maybe killing Pokemon...^^;;;)

Hehehehe.

Naaza : Okay, that's called a "Jigglypuff". Do you guys know what to do?

Rajura & Anubis : (nod)

Naaza : Okay, draw your weapons... now... OH MY GOD! IT'S COMING RIGHT FOR
US! GET HIM! GET HIM! WE GOTTA THIN OUT THE HERD!

Masho Problem Analysis step two : Once problem is identified, hit it until
it stops moving. Problem is now solved. ^_^

I wonder if he gets stoned on a regular basis? Imagine some of the stuff

Coming from the Dynasty? Man, he doesn't NEED drugs if he wants to see weird
stuff. He just needs a window. Or a mirror. ^_^

Forthcoming violence. Which, in Naaza's case, probably means "yes" to both

I wonder if anyone has ever bantered like that with him. One could
 conceivably continue that kind of conversation indefinately. ^^;;;

And, given Naaza's love of talking, probably get him so busy yakking about
the other Masho that he forgets he's there to kill you. Even in canon, he
couldn't keep his mouth shut to save his life.

There isn't really much one can say to that, to be quite honest.
 Hehehehehe.

And the really sad thing is that Nasuti could easily have snorted and said
"Sure, I've heard THAT one before..." ^_^

Ah yes, the classic Vegita smirk. See how the mouth curls up to the left
denoting both superiority and disdain for your opponenet. Usually when
this
happens the oppenent in question is screwed. ^_^

Yup! That'd be the one I'm thinking about! Those Masho must spend hours in
front of the mirror practicing that evil grin. Unless, of course, it comes
naturally. ^_^

I'm imagining Ryouga and Ranma here for some strange reason. ^^

Probably because of all the fanfics people have written where Ranma and
Ryouga hang out in the tub after changing out of their cursed forms. Come to

Race comes to mind.

That's a cool trick. One of these days I'm going to have to learn how
anime
characters can just rip their clothes off and have a cool fighting

One of these days, it would be funny as hell to see an anime character rip
their clothes off and NOT have a cool fighting uniform underneath... much to
their surprise and dismay. ^_^

Kinda like playing Diablo II. All them undead guys around you and ya

from which she was bleeding profusely sounds a bit better. Otherwise she
sounds like she is bleeding not from the wound but her entire body (which
might well be the case, but you didn't say that)

Good point! I think I'll change that, now that you mention it. I don't want
people thinking old Nasti is dead, or something. It's just a flesh wound.

I sometimes wonder what happened to her father the proffessor. I never
saw
a resolution to that in the series proper if there was one to begin with.

Nobody ever says. He just kind of disappears in both the anime and the

And now...the true horror begins for him. Heh.

Oh, the true horror has YET to begin for him. Wait until Setsuna gets
brought up to speed : she strikes me as the type who'd either kill him, or
turn into a Soun Tendo-esque matchmaker. Either way, he's in a heap of
trouble.

 > "Did you say 'Naaza's FRIENDS'?" Jun's eyes boggled. "Naaza
 > doesn't have any friends! You know, not unless you're willing to count
 > the other... oh crap, it's you." He stared over Sailor Pluto's

Dude needs to invest in a shotgun, an M-16...something! ^_^

Little known fact about Jun Yamano : He's actually a very good swordsman,
perhaps on par with Tenchi Masaki or Tatewaki Kuno. In one of the YST OAVs,
he wins a junior kendo championship. I believe it was YST : Message, but I'm
not sure. Keep in mind, he's a bit older in that than he was in the actual
television series, and the Samurai Troopers were likely training him. Same
goes for Nasuti : she's a natural with a naginata.

These guys have been going to Vegita attitude 101 haven't they? Heh.

The really scary thing is that it probably comes naturally for these three.
Shutendoji really wasn't much better. What was his most popular quote? "This
shall be our first, and final battle!", or something like that?

 > "The Dark Kingdom is under attack, and we need your skills,"
 > Anubis explained... to Setsuna.

 Heh, good one there.

Yeah, now that thay've found Naaza, they couldn't care less about him. ^_^

 > "When pigs fly backwards," she answered coldly, and pushed

 Depends on the reality. ^^

Good thing Rajura doesn't have his yoroi at the moment : I'll bet the
temptation to misuse that thing is just horrible. ^_^

 > "Absolutely true," Rajura agreed. "You owe Jirougorou Kuroda
 > exactly zero. Although, if you could just check the inside of your
 > left wrist, I think it might remind you of who you DO owe..."

I think you might have lost me on that one.

That's okay, I'll be explaining in the next chapter or so.

 > "Can we take her? Can we?" Naaza clasped his hands together
 > and looked pleadingly at the other two Masho. "I swear, I'll clean my
 > room, and feed the giant octopus, and I'll even look after sedating
 > the Storm Senshi for a whole week!"

The mental image is leaving me on the floor rolling in laughter. I hope
you
are proud of yourself. ^_^ Though you should likely have his hands
clasped
before him with those watering anime puppy dog eyes too. Heh.

Hehehe. He probably did have those big eyes, too. I can actually see that.
^_^

 > "Yes, you are. It's okay, Nasuti : you don't have to go to the
 > Dark Kingdom if you're afraid to." Jun's smirk stretched, and he began
 > to make clucking sounds. "I'll just go by myself, and you can stay
 > here, where it's safe."

 <snip>

I'm wondering why he's not making any pretense of protecting his GF.
Honestly I'd expect him too. Though she'd definately look at him funny,
all
things considered, I would expect him to.

Why do you think he actually insisted on going? He's just smart enough not
to admit out loud that he thinks Sailor Saturn needs his protection.

 > "All aboard!" Naaza crowed, and grabbed Nasuti by the back of
 > her jacket. In a single smooth motion, he hauled her over his head and
 > tossed her straight through the gate. There was a cut-off shriek, a
 > flash of light, and then she was gone.

One wonders at the marriage rituals they have in the Dark Kingdom. ^^

Wow, sort of like every Stephen King and Wes Craven movie at once... oh,
wait. Already did this one. Moving on...

 > "Why are you two TAKING so long?" Jun raced by as fast as his
 > legs would carry him, jumping into the gate just as Hotaru reached
 > out to stop him.

He's an adrenaline junky. He'll be jumping off of mountains with a
parachute in the future and doing Mountain Dew commercials.

Yup. Part of the reason he kept running into all those youja and Masho back
in the series canon, I figure. He's too damn hyper to stay where it's safe.

As I said before: I do not see a very good ending for that relationship.
In fact if he doesn't learn how to stand up there with her, somehow with
someway to fight with her as some sort of equal, he'll either be left
behind
or he's going to die. Either way, I see a bad or worse outcome for Ms.
Saturn. He might recover, but I don't know about how he'd handle the
blow
to his...ego for lack of a better word (maybe even an appropriate word).
An
 interesting predicament you have here.

It certainly is, and one I plan on expanding upon over the course of this
story. After all, a time of crisis like this can stengthen the bonds of
love... or completely unravel them.

Overall damn good. Like I said, not much to be said as far as characters
go...there were one or two points, but overall damn good. Only one
interesting mispelling I saw, though I'm really not the one to ask about
 that. Heh.

If you mean Nasuti / Nasti, then I have some interesting news. That's
actually her canonical nickname! Some YST webpages even spell it "Nasty",
like it's pronounced. Sort of like how Shutendoji is called "Shuten" or
"Sh'ten".

 Can't wait to see more.

And I shall do my best to make sure you do! ^_^

 Hope this helped.

It most assuredly did. Thanks for taking the time to write!
