The easiest way to bring a charecter to life is to give them some huge
flaw that they must struggle to overcome, like some glaring physical
handicap. For example, mousse is half blind, or shampoo has her
bimbo-ness.
You could give the the mind and personality of the Tick. Hmm... on the
other hand, Tatewaki's got nearly the same problem...
