An interesting idea. I'd like to see where it ends up. I mean, they're
bound to get doused with hot water sooner or later and I just can't wait
to see Akane's reaction to her father throwing the cursed water on her
(even if it wasn't intentional). About the only way I can see
everything staying as it is would be if someone shows up and uses the
Chisuiton on both Ranma & Akane. I really hope to see more of this; at
least one or two more parts just to answer the big questions about
everyone's reactions.
That reminds me of a couple questions I've been wanting to ask for my
own fanfic reasearch.
1.) If the Chisuiton was filled with hot water and used on a Jusenkyou
curse victim, would it lock them in their normal form? As I understand
it, throwing cold water from the Chisuiton locks them in cursed form.
2.) If a Jusenkyou curse victim was under the effects of the cat tongue
pressure point but had the mental focus to withstand the heat, would hot
water still change them back to normal? I'm curious because on the cat
tongue story arc, Ranma was completely submerged for a few seonds before
she came out screaming, but she hadn't changed. Does the cat tongue
just effect heat resistance or does it somehow effect the curse itself
preventing the change from occurring?
