Yes... In general, as long as a fic is all right with the FFML moderators,
it's all right with us as well.
I believe that he was referring to any constructive suggestions and criticisms
regarding the operation of the Synopses List.
Further, I have read plenty of non-spamfic fics on the list that I thought
were utterly pointless, and plenty of spamfics that I thought made excellent
points.
