No, this is one of the rare Ranma ideas that has never been done.
Expansion is a difficult idea. While obviously Akane would be cross-eyed
with fury at the deception being perpetrated, that still leaves the plot
missing. About the only thing to work with would be the unanswered question.
Who's the father? If someone could think of a really interesting person
to be the father and a problem created by that, then they'd have something
to work with.
Perhaps the Yakuza guy from Sanctuary?
Of course this story would be one in which Kasumi was never seriously
considered
as a marriage candidate because she's 30.
