Writing about an on going anime series proves to be increasingly difficult...
I have question about Tenchi Muyo canon, if anyone knows, or as an educated guess regarding the answer to the following questions, please respond via private mail.
Questions Regarding Canon
1. In Tenchi Muyo! is it established canon that Earth (and the 'human' race) is an offshoot of the Empire of Jurai?
2. Have there been any statements in the either the manga or the anime, ova's, etc... about any the remarkable resemblance between humans and Duration's. I believe we can assume that the two races are genetically similar enough to allow interbreeding.
3. If Earth, and Humans are the result of a 'lost' or forgotten Jurian colony, why is there such a dramatic difference in each race's lifespan? Why do humans lack the inherent physical and mental attributes of the Jurians?
4. What exactly is a Lighthawk Wing?

1. Do you believe that humans and jurians could coexist if both parties were made fully aware of one another?
2. What is your estimation about the size and power of the Jurian Empire?
3. What is your estimation regarding the total size of the Tenchi Muyo Universe. (My personal opinion is that explored space from all races seen in the anime cannot exceed the Orion, Sagittarius, Crux, and Perseus Arm of our galaxy. Hell, for all we know the universe we've seen in Tenchi Muyo has all taken place in a 20 light year sphere around Sol.
4. Given what is known about the Empire of Jurai, what is your opinion regarding their capabilities, citizen population, and technology (I'm assuming a extremely high, perhaps approaching theoretical maximums, bio-technology/biology/xenobiology/chemistry/physics/ and other 'hard' sciences with the possible exception of mathematics.) I get the feeling that the Jurai would be 'weak' (in a sense of not exploiting to the fullest potential) in the applied sciences and various engineering disciplines.
5. We know that the Galaxy Police (Kiyone, Mihoshi) have a capital ship class fleet (OVA 5 I think) in addition to the patrol ships used by the Miho-Kio duo. Do you believe the GP maintains neutrality in intergalactic conflicts?
6. Juran battlecruiser vs. Imperial Star Destroyer. Who wins? (kidding)
