That was probably running through my mind, those two scenes in
"Ki-ohki", one with Tenchi innocently in bed with Kiyone, and
one with Sasami.

Tenchi gently held Sasami in his arms, kissing her gently on the
forehead. "G'night, my little princess."
"Goodnight, Tenchi."
Kiyone gently nudged the door closed, quietly snickering at the
near-diabolical plan Tenchi had formed. By having Sasami sleep in his
bed, Tenchi kept himself safe from Ryoko and Ayeka, neither of whom
would dare openly seduce Tenchi in front of Sasami. (Washu and Mihoshi
were another matter, but neither of them made Tenchi feel unsafe in what
should be a person's safest sanctuary.) Meanwhile, Sasami felt much
safer with Tenchi right there; he was alternately a protector from bad
dreams and her future husband. And a subtle hint every now and then
kept Ayeka and Ryoko guessing as to whether Tenchi and Sasami went much
further than cuddling.
For a moment, Kiyone reflected on what it would be like if she, not
Sasami, were Tenchi's teddy bear. For whatever reason, when she placed
herself in Sasami's position, Mihoshi kept substituting herself for
Tenchi. Idly dismissing the daydream as the product of an imagination
in need of sleep, she went off to get some.

Mihoshi applauded in delight. "Oh, Tenchi was just wonderful!
I'll remember last night for... for always! I thought I would
just go out of my mind, it was _SO_ good. I was in... ecstacy,
that's the word, right? Utter ecstasy. But, gosh, when did
Tenchi have time for both of you? Tenchi got here only a couple
of hours after we all went to bed last night."
Hmmm...did he feed Mihoshi chocolates by hand or something? ^^;;;;;
Actually I had something else in mind (see part 4 for hints), but
your idea is even funnier.

Ami blushed. "Well...it was kind of my idea." Seeing Rei's startled
look, quickly replaced by an accusing one, she crouched into a
defensive position. "I meant it as a joke, I swear!"
Rei relented. "Yeah, I guess. Still, having Mamoru feed chocolates to
Usagi and this 'Tenchi' guy feed chocolates to *his* girlfriend just to
see which girl squeals the loudest...WATCH OUT! DEMON!"
Ami blinked, looking every which way. "Where? Where?"
A sigh. "Do you know just how *tired* I am of people saying that?"
Another voice, also from behind. "Ohohoho, but it's true, Ryoko."
"...anyway. Ahem. I heard you two ladies talking about my..."

"...Tenchi, who has been kidnapped by the space pirate Mihoshi. I don't
suppose you know where we could find him?"
