You know...this is getting pretty damn sad.
A very hilarious fic, that was intended to be just that--a hilarious fic,
with a little fuzzy technobabble thrown in as a plot device to get things
rolling--has generated fewer comments on the humor value of the fic itself,
than it has generated rambling arguments over the viability of the fuzzy
technobabble.
Now...I'm all for a good disagreement. But this is just getting ludicrous.
I swear to God in Heaven, you people are worse than a gaggle of Trekkies
discussing warp propulsion theory at a Star Wreck convention.
Anyone else in favor of putting a lid on this ridiculous techno-geek
diatribe before it consumes the list like the Blob at a greasy spoon diner?
