Sailor Moon: Neo Angels, Chapter 9
"Love, Death, Chaos: Sayonara Sailor Senshi"

NOTE: We're getting close to the end now and things are getting kind of
intense. I really hope you guys are enjoying it, I sure am! Anyways,
Sailor Moon belongs to Takeuchi and all of those other people, angelic
and demonic characters property of Moonlight Productions, Mexico.

The battle was a well organized symphony. The demon's instruments played
as if they had rehearsed this particular battle over and over.
The senshi's attacks had almost no effect on the demons. "Why?," was the
main question running through their minds. "Why are our powers so low?"
Nocturnal and his angels were observing the battle with pain in their
eyes, their powers unable to break the barrier which held them prisoner.
Nocturnal, above all, was trying hard to get out, but all his efforts
where useless.
"We can't do anything in here," Divatox said. "We need the power that
our planet brings us. We're not tuned to this planet's energy channel
and that's why we can do absolutely NOTHING!!!"
"There's got to be a way!" Nocturnal shouted back. "WE CAN'T GIVE UP!!"
"Spoken like a true leader" Danka said softly. Then, looking at a very
wounded Alexhi, he asked "How're ye feelin'?"
"Like bus hit me and got away..." Alexhi replied, "How do you think I
feel?"
"Well, you have to help us, old friend."
"I know."
Alexhi stood up with the help of Danka. The others simply looked at him
and nodded. Then, they began to close their eyes and glow intensely,
each one a different color. All of them linked into the same thought
pattern. "We are tied together, we are tied to one, we are tied with
you," they all repeated the phrase in their minds over and over, and
over, and over.

URANUS vs. YOHUEN
"WORLD SHAKING!"
The attack passed by Yohuen like the wind. The demon had such awesome
speed that even Uranus recognized and respected that, even thought it
_was_ a demon.
Uranus reacted, attacking again and again, but Yohuen reflected the
attacks with his bow and sent her flying through the air. As Uranus'
flight was halted by a parked car, Yohuen slowly approached her with an
evil grin on his face. "This will be so sweet," he said. "Allow me to
play a requiem for you."
"I still can fight! I will never give up! NEVER!"
"Why? You are already dead, in case you haven't noticed."
"What are you talking about?"
"Look around you. Everyone is dead. Even you... but it seems that for
you death means to be alive and to know that everyone else is dead. That
_is_ a cruel punishment, why do you punish yourself like that?"
Uranus looked around. Everything was destroyed. There was no more city,
no more senshi. The senshi! They where all dead; their bodies all
crushed. She turned slowly to see that Neptune's body was also there,
bleeding, dead. And Moon? She was there also, dead. "NOOOO!!" She
kneeled down, her hands on her head, her eyes tightly closed.
Yohuen put his arm around her, and, in a comforting voice said "Aw! Did
her friends die and not tell her? I can make you go to them, forget
everything that you've been through here. This is all just a bad dream."
"They are... NO!!" she said harshly, stepping away from the demon. "THEY
CAN'T BE DEAD!"
"But they are. If not, why is the requiem still playing?"
Uranus noticed that she was hearing a soft violin melody. A requiem. Her
mind started to drift and her eyes became heavy. Yohuen looked at her,
smiling. "Let it go. Just let it go. Let yourself become the wind..."
"Yes... I want to become the wind..."

NEPTUNE vs. KASMEN
After Neptune's deep submerge, Kasmen had taken her by the neck and
raised her a bit above his head.
Neptune was trying to free herself, especially after she saw that Uranus
just dropped to the ground.
"U-Uranus..."
"Ah!" the demon said, showing her his fangs, "I've had the need to feed
from such a lovely maiden. Please, allow me to take you to the other
realm." Kasmen's grip became stronger once Neptune began to struggle.
The demon laughed out loud. "Baka girl! You can't get away once I've had
you!"
"Let go! You and your kind deserve what you are going to get!"
"The world? The universe? Yes, I believe you're right!" Kasmen threw
Neptune as hard as he could, sending her through some big windows that
belonged to a sporting goods store. As the alarm went off, Kasmen
attracted Neptune back to him using his telekinetic powers. "Now then,
girly, I will give you the pleasure of tasting my eternity."
Neptune felt her flesh being torn apart by Kasmen's fangs, which slowly
made their way to her veins. The blood started to flow freely, pleasing
Kasmen to the extreme and defeating the senshi of the sea. As life
separated from her body, she could only hear the pounding of her heart
and the cries of the other senshi...

MARS VS AXXIS
"MARS FLAME SNIPER!!"
"MUSICAL BEAM ATTACK!!"
The attacks crashed into each other, creating a blaze of light that
blinded Sailor Mars. Her vision cleared just in time for her to see
Axxis's drum stick hit her hard on the head, _hard_. She saw nothing
else.
Axxis proceeded to laugh. "And now, for your own pleasure, I shall
perform my drum solo... Good thing this drum is made of pure, maiden,
flesh!" He began beating Mars with the drumsticks until the blood began
to surface trough her pores, through her nose, , her mouth, her eyes and
her ears. Axxis took her by the hair and said in a childish manner,
"AWW! I think I broke my toy!... HMMM! I guess I'll just have to get
myself a new toy, now don't I?"

MERCURY vs. ATAMIRY
"The probability of me winning is almost zero," Mercury was introducing
data into her computer as Atamiry just stared at her with a blank look
in his eyes.
"Why do you do this?" he asked her, almost whispering.
Mercury looked at him with fearless eyes. "_We_ do it to protect our
world!" she replied. "And to protect our friends and our princess!"
"Friends? Princess? You truly ARE WEIRD. Do you want to know why _we_
fight?"
"..."
"It's because of her, Lysis. She is our leader, and she is the only
thing we've got. She is the only one who's important to us for she is
our _true_ Goddess. Now then, let's destroy your faith."
"THAT'S IT!!!" Mercury turned off her computer and, pointing to
Atamiry's guitar, she shouted "MERCURY AQUA MIRAGE!!!"
Atamiry's guitar was blown to smithereens, and the demon was thrown
several feet back, until he came to an abrupt stop. "Oh! I see! You are
the intelligent one, aren't you? Poor little senshi, you think you are
so brilliant," the demon said standing straight, still with that blank
look in his face. "You can't see what I am? I am the beholder of the
only absolute instrument. Of course, you will never see this..."
Mercury began to hear the birds, the wind, everything around her make
music. It was a sweet delicate music that came form every place around
her.
"Of course!" she thought "His power is acoustic music!"
"Too late, toots!" Atamiry then spread his arms to the side and shouted
as a golden glow came out of him and shot itself to Mercury, who
couldn't move an inch. "ETERNAL NIGHTSHADE!"
Mercury could only listen to herself scream in pain...

VENUS vs. ASMODEUS
"Love is, a beautiful thing; it becomes a demon when you don't allow it
to grow on you, but it becomes a sin when you allow it to grow too
much... Now I ask you, Sailor Venus, what is love? Is love a flower?
Is it a cloud in the sky? Is it a poetic melody? Or is it just an
excuse to become crazy... In your case, I think that is it. Why? You
ask me why? Well, look at you; you're a senshi, on her knees, screaming
about things that aren't there, and here I am picturing you in the nude
under the moon... Yes... You can feel that, can you? I know you can
feel me in your mind, you want to free yourself from me, but,
unfortunately, you are already inside me and now, nothing can save
you... No. Not even her. Yes... Feel me, touch me, and I will do the
same for you... You _are_ beautiful, why do you fight me? Why do you
fight the master of all feelings? Can't you see? I am whatever you
want me to be. Deep inside you wanted this sometimes. You wanted
someone like me to take you like this... "Ai no Senshi" indeed. Listen
to my music, my flute penetrating in to the most intimate places of
your... soul... Why? What did you think I was going to say?"

JUPITER vs. HAKIEM
Jupiter dropped to the ground after Hakiem's drop kick. "That hurt like
hell," she thought as she tried to recover from the kick which had
knocked the wind out of her. She had never confronted such a strong
enemy. And what was worse, he also used electricity and lightning as
his weapons.
"JUPITER OAK EVOLUTION!"
"CHORD REQUIEM!" It was like the sound a record makes when you play it
backwards every time he did that.
Jupiter was getting weaker and weaker as minutes went by. Hakiem, on
the other hand, was getting stronger and stronger. Why was this?
"Music is in the eyes of the beholder," he said smiling as he pointed
his harp to her. "Now, let's see those chords in your body."
Hakiem played a note and Jupiter jumped to avoid the chords that came
after her. While in the air, she shouted "SUPREME THUNDER!!!"
"Oh, you are so low budget!" The thunder crashed against Hakiem, but he
protected himself with an energy force-field. Just after Hakiem
scattered the attack, he shouted "STRING CASCADE!!" Several strings
fell from the sky and wrapped tightly around Jupiter, who had been
unable to avoid landing in their path. Then, just as the strings began
to constrict, Hakiem shouted, "SUPREME THUNDER!!!"
Jupiter was astonished as Hakiem had used not only her attack, but also
her _voice_ to summon it. Jupiter's tiara extended its lightning rod,
and the attack fell upon her. The electrocuted senshi could do nothing
but scream in agony.
"Now, wasn't that fun?"

PLUTO vs. SHALAMAR
"Dead Scream!"
"Wind Symphony!"
Each attack hit its target, throwing them a couple of feet back. Pluto
got up, stumbling, while Shalamar stood, gasping for air.
"You got lucky, bitch. I promise that WON'T happen again!"
"Are your battle skills as sharp as your tongue?"
"Care to find out?" the demon inquired, smiling and passing his tongue
across his lips, in a very naughty manner.
"You disgusting pig!"
"Oink oink, babe! Now! For what we came here to do!" He raised his
left hand and the wind began to blow harder on them. It seemed like
there was a storm concentrating just there.
Pluto was trying to prepare for whatever her opponent was going to throw
at her, when, all of a sudden, the wind stopped and Shalamar vanished.
Pluto looked around, trying to find him, but he really _was_ gone.
"Coward!"
"Unlikely. See, you are my prisoner now. Ain't this a bitch?"
Pluto looked everywhere. She saw that she was in the same place she had
been before, but there was absolutely no one there.
"What is this?!"
"This is your life... And it will be like that... But you can't fight
any more... Not any more... Not any more... Not any more..."
"Any more..." Pluto said as she began to drift, but she immediately
recovered. "NO! YOU WILL NOT WIN! DEAD SCREAM!!!"
"No use. MUSICAL CHAOS!!!"
Pluto screamed as her hands reached her ears and she fell to her knees
on the ground. Blood began to flow out of her ears as she fell
unconscious.
Shalamar was standing right there. "Told ya' it would be fun."

SATURN & MOON vs. LYSIS
"SAILOR MOON! SILENCE BLOCK!!!" Saturn's glaive protected the moon
princess as Lysis attacked them with her musical powers. All of the
other Senshi were dealing with their own respective attackers, so there
was no way they could help right now.
"Foolish children," Lysis said, upset at their resistance. "You can't
defeat us!"
"We will fight you to the end then!" Saturn shouted. She was about to
use her powers, but Moon stopped her. "WAIT! Let me..."
"Sailor Moon..."
Sailor Moon got up. "STARLIGHT HONEY MOON THERAPY KISS!!!"
"PATHETIC!!" shouted Lysis evading the barrage of feathers. "OBSCURE
MELODY!!!"
"SILENCE BLOCK!"
Lysis attack was holding on while Saturn's barrier got weaker by the
second. It was only a matter of time before Saturn was forced to give
in and the attack wounded her badly.
"HOTARU-CHAN!" Moon shouted rushing to her side.
"Now, child, let's kill you once and--"
"AH DON'T THINK SO! DRAGON NOVA!!!"

As the senshi fought, the angels prepared to join the battle themselves.
"NOW!" Alexhi shouted.
Danka, Divatox and he crossed their arms just in front of their faces,
closed their eyes and shouted in unison, "STAR GUARD!" As they broke the
cross, each one shouted their own star.
"DRAGON STAR!" Divatox shouted.
"UNICORN STAR!" Alexhi shouted.
"DOLPHIN STAR!" Danka shouted.
Afterwards, they where no longer angelic. Their wings had disappeared
and they each now had silvery armor that resembled the creature they
called.
Unicorn put his palms on the barrier and shouted "CARDEA OPEN!"

"Now, child, let's kill you once and--"
"AH DON'T THINK SO! DRAGON NOVA!!!"
Lysis turned just in time to see the black dragon that nearly destroyed
her. The other musicians, who had just ended their tasks, turned to her
immediately. The angels were free.
"Hi honey, miss us while we where gone?" Nocturnal said before calling
his attack. "Moonbeam SMASH!"
Lysis evaded the attack by hitting a chord on her guitar and shooting
another beam.
Dragon and Dolphin rushed to help the others, now that they were able to
get rid of the demons around the senshi.
Nocturnal rushed to Moon's side. "Are you okay?"
"Yes, but Hotaru-chan..."
Nocturnal turned to see where the demons had gone to, but there were no
demons left. Unicorn approached him. "This sucks. They where here for a
reason and I don't think it was to kick our butts."
"I love it when you talk dirty. I understand you better as a unicorn
than an angel." Nocturnal replied taking a look at Hotaru's wounds.
Then, he felt like something was about to go off and his only reaction
was to protect Sailor Moon, but he reacted too late.
Sailor Moon had turned to see as well, finding a colorful dragon coming
directly at her.
"NOOOO!!! SERENITY!!"
"AAAAAHHH!!"
"SNAKE!" shouted Dolphin. "EIS DAS MEER*!!!" But his attack hit
nothing.
Sailor Moon dropped into Nocturnal's arms, just as the others rushed to
them.
"THE SENSHI!" shouted Nocturnal. "PROTECT THEM!"
They all stopped then turned. Each of them froze, however, when they
saw the figure floating before them.
"Greetings, angels."
