The day was so beautiful that it cold only be a Sunday afternoon. Of
course, it was Thursday morning...
Typical!
The Hikawa Temple was full of people. Some way, ever since the arrival
of Ryouga, people felt the need to visit the temple and pay honor to
their ancestors once or twice a week, translated, this meat that the
business had never been better... A thing that worried Rei... Not even
three weeks had passed by since Ryouga had arrived.
The day then the others met him, they had immediately felt that he was
more than just a simple guy with amnesia. His electric blue eyes
declared that. His hair was long, black, and straight. His skin was so
white, you could say it was whiter than snow and it burned easily in the
sun light, recovering as soon as he found a shade. His voice was so
filled with magic that it captured Makoto and Minako almost immediately.
Of course, Minako and Mako-chan where captured by anyone who was as cute
as this guy...
"We'll help you recover your past", Usagi had said, convinced in her
words, then, turning her head to Mamoru, she asked, "Won't we?"
"We will," Mamoru replied with a sweet smile, although deep inside
himself there was worry and no trust whatsoever in Ryouga.
"I know that I'm not trust worthy yet," the young man said sadly. "The
truth is that... I can't remember if I was created to go good or evil...
and that's the thing that scares me most..."
"I don't think that you where created to do evil things," Ami-chan said,
always so sweet. "And even if you where, I don't believe that you
actually where willing to do those things"
"Cheer up!" Minako almost screamed. "There is no reason to be sad! We'll
help you!!"
Ryouga gave them a weak smile, a smile that was shadowed as he had a
sensation that he had seen that face, Usagi's face. He had seen it
before in another place. In fact, all of them seemed strangely familiar.

"I feel a strange energy coming out of him," Luna said to the others
after they had assembled in Mamoru's apartment.
"You think this might be a new enemy?" Makoto asked.
"Maybe," Artemis replied, as puzzled as Luna was about the whole thing.
"I feel the same thing that Luna feels about him."
"Maybe the amnesia thing is just a cover-up", Ami said, thinking aloud.
"We must keep a close eye on this guy!" Rei said. "Not even the fire can
tell me if he's good or bad news, and that's worrying me... He looks
like he knows who we REALLY are."
While everyone was discussing Ryouga's fate and fortune, Usagi was
thinking about him. He seemed to know her from another place, maybe he
also was one of the guardians of the silver millennium, no?
"Usagi?"
"Huh...?"
"What's wrong?" Mamoru asked her.
"Nothing, nothing. You where saying?"
"It's useless with this meat-ball head!!" Luna exclaimed as a large
sweat drop appeared on everyone's heads.

Ryouga woke up in the middle of a scream. That dream had been haunting
him ever since he arrived here. Never had he felt the need, the urgency
of telling it to someone. Not until now, so much so that he was even
willing to tell it to Rei's old grandfather. He decided to take a walk
to do some thinking. He was so distracted that he didn't notice yellow
sports car that sped through the avenue. There was a loud honk, too loud
for his ears. He turned, hysterical, and before the car could stop, the
brakes locked. The car lost control and slid toward Ryouga. Without
knowing how, he crossed his arms in front of him, forming an "X" and
shouted "MOON BARRIER ACTIVATE!!"
The car smashed in to something invisible. Usagi, who had witnessed the
entire incident, ran towards them. "Haruka! Michiru! Are you guys okay!"
she shouted.
Both girls got out, somewhat shaken, but otherwise unharmed.
Ryouga was still on the ground, his hands covering his forehead and an
expression of pain covering the rest of his face. His eyes were closed.
Haruka leaned towards him. "Hey, are you okay?"
"My head!" he replied in a strange language which Haruka couldn't
understand. "Serenity! SERENITY!!" The young guy separated his hands
from his forehead and revealed a shocking discovery for the four
girls... A crescent moon, much like Usagi's, but instead of golden it
was electric blue.
"What the---!!" everyone gasped.
Ryouga screamed in agony and released a great amount of energy into the
sky, which appeared in a bluish-black color. Then he fainted.
"RYOUGA!!"

Fog. There was a lot of fog. The place was burning up quickly, fire
everywhere, smoke pouring out of every opening they passed.
He ran everywhere, followed by several of his most loyal friends. To his
right, the party animal, to his left, the eldest one. Both, good
friends, powerful allies and sincere angels. The three of them ran
trough the castle, leaving the destruction and battle behind them. They
where trying so desperately to get someplace, somewhere deeper in the
castle. There only sounds were from the battle behind them, the quick
and steady rhythm of their steps, and the agitated breath rushing in and
out of their bodies. They at last reached the door they'd been hurrying
to. They threw down the door with an energy beam so they could save time
and effort.
He remembered the attack being something like "DREAM COLLAGE!"
The massive door dropped and they had to immediately cover themselves to
protect against its fall. Inside, the room was destroyed. The Queen was
trying to protect her only daughter from the flames. She cried
desperately. The child would not breathe and her husband was gone... The
King had died.
The one who had knocked down the door took the child in one of his arms
and started to examine her while he took the Queen in his other and
tried to find a way out of the blazing room. Once they reached the
hallway, it too was filled with fire. The Queen asked her would-be
savior how her daughter was. The reply is all but good news. She
couldn't take any more. The Queen cried with pain when she discovered
that her daughter was dead.
Suddenly, one of the walls exploded and several enemy soldiers entered.
His two friends were there at once, their mission to protect both him
and the Queen of the Millennium, with their own lives if necessary.
"TUBULAR WAVES! DESTROY!"
"BLUE BEAM ATTACK!"
The attacks seemed mostly ineffective so there was little choice after
that, to protect her and see the death of his two best friends. There
was no way out of this, they were surrounded. He felt so helpless, so
guilty about all this. She had been so kind to him and his friends for
so long now, and now, when she really needed his help, he felt miserable
for not being able to provide it. There was no other option. The wall
he had placed with his energy was barely holding.
He looked at her, directly in her eyes, and asked, "Do you trust me?"
She gave no answer, but her actions spoke for her as she held tightly
onto his neck and closed her eyes not knowing what to expect, the end
maybe.
He felt responsible for all of this. He closed his eyes, held her tight
and lowered his head until his lips touched her hair. "I love you,
Serenity..." he whispered. He then raised his left arm and pointed to
the sky, shouting "Moon Rainbow Destruction!!"
Everything ended in a matter of seconds. He could see the lifeless body
of Serenity, disappearing slowly. The usage of a prohibited power had
surely destroyed the entire universe. It didn't matter, nothing mattered
any more...
Then, a whisper. It seemed to come from so far that he could barely hear
what it said...
"Time. Travel. Back!"
