Okay, minna. Here we go with the next Hair Care series to get a full
run on the FFML. "Sailor Moon: Neo Angels" I won't bother with little
intros at the beginning of each one this time, but I'll go ahead & tell
you that there are 10 chapters plus a prologue and chapter 1 of the
sequel series (don't worry though, they're all pretty short). Don't
forget to let Vodka know what you think of her work! Sorry I didn't
post it last night, I couldn't get it through to the list. Well, happy
reading! And please drop by our site at

NOTE FROM AUTHOR: Hi! This is my first attempt to write ANYTHING in
English, and also is the first fanfic I've done. I have to say that
SAILOR MOON and all it's characters are not my property and belong to
Naoko Takeuchi. All the angelical and demonic characters belong to
Moonlight Productions Inc., Mexico. Any comments please write to

______________________________________
Tender was the night, as dark as the dragon's mouth, hungry for
moonlight, with the exception that there was no such thing as a moon in
this sky. It was raining cats and dogs, so strongly in fact, that
reminded me of the first time that the world saw rain fall upon its
surface so long ago, when the sky was blue and the earth was rounded
like a sphere. Why do I remember? Because I was there. Only in spirit,
but I was none the less. I could see clearly everything that was going
on around me, nevertheless, I didn't remember at all what had brought me
here in the first place, or why the hell it happened, if it happened at
all...
... confusing, I know...
Oh well. I was leaning over the wet grass of that park, or avenue, or...
The truth is I don't even know what it was, but it WAS grass. It was
almost the first time that I saw myself in such circumstances... or at
least from what I remembered at that particular time and place, that is.
The thunder and lightning could be seen and heard through the sky, but I
didn't care in the least what was going on around me. I was too busy
trying to remember, thinking about what the hell I was doing there, who
I was, and why I was. I could feel the rain pouring down on me, on my
burning skin, my burned clothes and feathers...
Didn't I mentioned that? I HAD WINGS.
The water, so wet, did no damage to my eyes as I stared directly to the
sky and wondered about everything, in fact, it was like it wasn't
raining at all. I wanted to see the moon, but I couldn't, and that
really depressed me, that and the fact that my mind was a complete
BLANK. I also wanted to see the stars, but because it was raining, there
were no stars to be seen. The truth is that I had no clue whatsoever
about what in hell I did want; I felt like a stupid teenager in her
black days.
The weird thing about all this is that I didn't try to get up. Every
bone in my body, every cell, begged me, "Please, don't get up!" Even my
thoughts where aching and I didn't know why. I tried to make a
superhuman effort to remember, but it was useless. In my memory, there
was only one name:
...Serenity...
Serenity... Curious name. Sure! I could remember the name of a complete
stranger, but, did I remember my own name? No! Did I remember the Alamo?
No! And did I remember to turn off the gas back home?... I didn't think
so... I had no clue about what my OWN name was! I got up as soon as I
could. The weight of those heavy wings, burned, wet, and smelling like a
cat had died in them a week before, let me go no further. In my mind, I
thought:
"I wish I could rip them off!!"
And the wings disappeared. I think that they got very offended. The
thing is that a few minutes later, I was walking through a lonely
street. I could see a city in the distance. Maybe someone there could
tell me who am I or give me some sort of information on how did I get
here. I was almost sure that they would recognize me or something. I
could almost swear on my mother's grave (if I had one) that they would.
I mean, someone like me (with wings) wouldn't pass unnoticed, would
they? But when I got there, I didn't see anything familiar to me. The
people, the streets, the things, the talking, nothing was familiar, but,
still, the name of each thing was so clear in my mind. Walking alone, I
came upon a temple. My head was about to explode, as I felt it burning
up with fever.
I can't remember (gee, that's a new one for me!) if I fainted in front
of the stairs or if I asked for help, but when I woke up, there was a
lovely girl next to me, inside a room. Her violet eyes looked at me
carefully; eyes filled with worry and tenderness. She had long black
hair and was dressed in a funny way. Later I found out that she was a
priestess in that temple. She spoke a weird language that I didn't
understand at first, but oddly I quickly began to understand and speak
it as if I had all my life.
"Can you hear me? Are you okay?," she was saying.
"I can hear you, and no, I am not okay," I responded aching and dizzy.
"If I felt okay I wouldn't be here, I would know who am I and why the
hell I am here."
"You are a traveler," she said, surprised at first, but immediately
recovered, "You are welcome to stay in the temple if you desire to.. My
name is Hino Rei."
"Okay, Miss Hino... where am I?"
"This is Hikawa Temple and you are in a city called Tokyo, in Japan."
"Japan? Tokyo?" The eyes of the girl shined with a glow was so
spectacular that I gasped at this. I think I am the only one who has
noticed it, because I could tell she knew that I found something
different about her. A discovery that made her quite nervous, although
she hid it so very well. "I can read your mind," I warned her. Her eyes
opened wide, either surprised or frightened, I really couldn't tell.
"Don't ask me why or how, I don't know. I simply can... If I knew who I
was maybe I could tell you...
"Take it easy... get those spirits up! I'll help you get those memories
back in order!"
"Really?"
"Sure!"
"Thank you Miss Hino..."
"Call me Rei, all my friends do... And I think I shall call you...
Ryouga..."
"I like that. Ryouga at your service, Miss Rei.."
