Hey,

This is the intro for a crossover I'm currently plotting. I just
need to know if all this makes sense and if there's anything I left out
or got wrong. Thanks.

Bubblegum Crisis/Wildcats: Dramatis Personae

World of Bubblegum Crisis: The year is 2034 and the world has changed.
Artificially intelligent robots known as Boomers have replaced people in
many dangerous and/or tedious jobs, supposedly freeing humanity to
pursue more sublime or lofty occupations.
While humans may have been freed from hard labor, the world is still
full of problems. Wars have been breaking out all over the world with
increasing frequency, crime, overpopulation and pollution plague the
cities and multinational megacorporations control more and more of
people’s everyday lives.

MegaTokyo: One of the hubs of this brave new world is the city of
MegaTokyo. Rebuilt using Boomer labor after the Second Kanto Earthquake
of 2025, MegaTokyo is the economic powerhouse that drives the Japan of
the 21st century. GENOM, the largest of the megacorporations and
creators of the Boomers, makes its world headquarters MegaTokyo. The
city is also home to the vigilante group the Knight Sabers.

Knight Sabers: The Knight Sabers are a mercenary group comprised of
four women who risk their lives to keep GENOM from taking over the world
and to protect the public from rampaging Boomers. They wear specialized
body armor called hardsuits which allow them to battle the Boomers
one-on-one.

Sylia Stingray: Sylia is the leader and founder of the Knight Sabers.
She’s also the daughter of Dr. Katsuhito Stingray, the researcher
responsible for the creation of Boomers. When he objected to some of
GENOM’s plans for his work Dr. Stingray was assassinated. This left 12
year old Sylia and her brother, Mackie, orphans. Sylia was also left
with a large accumulated fortune and detailed files on Dr. Stingray's
accumulated research. Sylia would go on to adapt that research to create
the hardsuits which all four of the Knight Sabers wear.
Sylia is the most general of the Knight Sabers, and where she is
generally intelligent and skilled the other team members are better in
specialized area. Sylia herself is only 23, but this still makes her the
oldest member of the Knight Sabers. She is driven to use the Knight
Sabers as a check and a balance against GENOM's greed and ambition, and
to that goal she has sacrificed her personal life. She is also somewhat
matronly to the rest of the Knight Sabers, and drives them better
themselves.
Her “day job” is owner of the lingerie store Silky Doll housed in the
Lady 633 Building. The Knight Saber’s main headquarters housed under the
store.

Priscilla "Priss" S. Asagiri: Priss lost her parents to the Second Kanto
Quake at the age of 12 and spent the next 5 years in an orphanage. After
leaving the orphanage she joined a motorcycle gang and fell in love with
the gang’s leader. Then, in a incident Priss never talks about, her love
was murdered. The AD Police ruled the death an accident, but Priss
blamed GENOM and swore to get revenge.
Do to her youth on the streets, Priss is a very good but dirty fighter.
She’s exhibited behavior that’s somewhat self-destructive but she also
has an iron will. She tries not to let people get to close since
everyone who has ever tried ended up dead.
Despite her tough attitude Priss does have a gentler side. She likes
animals, has a real soft spot for kids and loves motorcycles. She’s also
fiercely loyal to the few people she calls friends. Those people include
the rest of the Knight Sabers. By day she’s the lead singer in a band
called the Replicants who she hopes will someday hit the bigtime.
Priss, at 20, is the second youngest member of the team.

Nene Romanova: Nene is the only member of the Knight Sabers who isn't an
orphan. When she was younger Nene’s rich parents shipped her off to an
all girls school. With her high IQ Nene quickly grew bored with classes
and ditched them frequently but still managed to get good grades. It was
during this time to she found her calling in life: computer hacker. It
was this skill that would eventually bring her to the attention of Sylia
Stingray and into the Knight Sabers.
Nene is very bright, resourceful and her unmatched hacking skills and
her communications and jamming abilities have proved invaluable to the
Knight Sabers. But when it comes to combat she’s the weakest member of
the team. In most combat situations Nene hangs back and uses her
computer skills to aid in the fight.
By day Nene is a data analyst for the AD Police. This position grants
the Knight Sabers access to everything that the AD Police know about any
case or individual. At 19 Nene is the youngest of the team. This and her
lack of combat skill makes her a target for teasing by Priss and Linna.
Nene is also a bit naïve and tends to romanticize things a lot.

Linna Yamazaki: Linna is the most athletic of all the Knight Sabers and
works as an aerobics instructor for her "normal" job. She was orphaned
at age 15 when a Boomer went on a rampage and the then-new AD Police
were totally unprepared and unable to stop it before her parents were
killed. But unlike Priss, Linna didn't let her loss drive her into
depression and anger, instead pursuing her dream to be a professional
dancer. After her one big chance went bust Linna was felt feeling
rejected and depressed. It was then that Sylia recruited her and she
became the combat specialist of the Knight Sabers.
Linna is somewhat materialistic and tends to go though money and
boyfriends rather fast. She’s also almost never seen without one of her
trusty headbands, which she wears everywhere.

Mackie Stingray: Mackie is Syila's kid brother, six years her junior.
He’s a technical genius and loves working on motorcycles and the Knight
Sabers’ gear. Mackie also drives the van the team carries their
equipment in and has no small amount of skill when it comes to
communications tech.
While Mackie does want to avenge his father's death, he doesn’t share
his sister’s obsession with it and GENOM. Mackie tends to spend most of
his time helping out Dr. Raven at his shop and trying to peek at the
girls when they’re changing.

Dr. Raven: Dr. Raven was a very close friend of Dr. Stingray, and looked
out for Sylia and Mackie after his friend's murder. He’s one of the few
people who know all the Knight Sabers true identities. Dr. Raven is also
a brilliant mechanic and aids the Knight Sabers by helping them maintain
and repair the hardsuits and motorcycles.
He is shop is in Timex City, a part of MegaTokyo which lies
completely within the giant fault chasm which opened with the Second
Great Kanto Quake. Raven’s Garage also contains one of the Knight
Sabers' training facilities.

Fargo: Fargo is Sylia’s #1 informant. Who he is and why Sylia trusts him
are unknown. But he has connections in the government, GENOM, and
various criminal syndicates. Additionally he serves as the go-between
for the Knight Sabers and their clients. He also knows that Sylia is the
leader of the Knight Sabers.
Fargo enjoys having Sylia met him in strange places and uses their
information sharing sessions to flirt with her. He’s never gotten
anywhere.

AD Police: The Advanced Police (AD Police) exist to protect the public
from rampaging Boomers and solve Boomer related crimes. The AD Police
are underfunded and usually outgunned, but do their best to keep the
streets of MegaTokyo safe.

Leon McNichol: Inspector Leon McNichol is, at 26, the highest ranking
field officer in the AD Police. Whenever a Boomer runs amok or there’s a
Boomer-related crime in the city, Leon is always right there. He’s
sympathetic toward the Knight Sabers, since they battle Boomers that are
to often more than the ADP can handle, and as such tends to turn a blind
eye to the fact that they’re vigilantes. Leon’s one of the best cops in
the city and he knows it. He likes to project a very slick and cool
image and is rarely seen without his trusty sunglasses. Leon has no
problem defying authority or bending the rules if he thinks it’s in the
public’s best interests.
Leon has a thing for Priss and tries to ask her out whenever he sees
her. Priss so far has turned him down at every turn (but there have been
some hints that she may like him a little). Still, Priss does respect
the fact that he’s a brave man trying to do the right thing. It’s also
been heavily implied that Leon knows Priss is one of the Knight Sabers.
Being the smart cop that he is, if Leon knows who Priss is, then he
probably knows who the rest of the team is as well.

Daley Wong: Daley is Leon's partner and best friend. Daley is patient,
observant, and soft-spoken which goes a long way in offsetting his more
abrasive partner. He has a good sense of humor which is very welcome on
the tough streets of MegaTokyo.
Daley is also openly gay and likes hitting on Leon. He doesn’t expect
anything, rather it's a long-running joke that the two seem to enjoy.

Quincy: Quincy is the founder and Chairman of GENOM. This makes him one
of the most powerful people on the planet. He’s also the on responsible
for GENOM's current world dominion, as he was the one who pushed GENOM
into the various key industries which have allowed to control some many
aspects of daily life. The company also makes the Boomers and other
powerful mecha, including powered armor, combat suits, and advanced
transformable vehicles, that are used by military, police, and
mercenaries alike.
His background is a total mystery. Even Sylia doesn't know who he
really is or where he comes from. Quincy is always supremely confident
at all times, egotistical and brutally pragmatic. If it threatens GENOM
Quincy wants it destroyed in the most expedient manner possible.

Kate Madigan: Madigan is the GENOM Vice President of Information, making
her responsible for information and data processing. She’s also one of
the few people Quincy has any trust in. Madigan is cold, ruthless and
has no problem using murder to protect the best interests of GENOM.

Wildstorm Universe: The Wildstorm Universe is a world populated by SPBs
(Super-Powered Beings). While is WSU had superheroes they were rarely
the type who rescued cats from trees or shook hands with the President.
In this world superhumans tended to band together into teams like DV8,
the Wildcats, Wetworks, the Authority and Gen13 to fight their wars in
private. The public usually only saw these beings when their battles
would spill onto the streets of major cities.
While the superhumans of the WSU may not have been the most
people-friendly, many of them were brave men and women who did their
best to protect the innocent and make the world a better place.

Wildcats: Over two thousand years ago two powerful alien races, the
Daemonites and the Kherubim, went to war. The Daemonites wanted to
conquer the galaxy and only the Kherubim had the power to stop them.
Eventually, this war spilled into our solar system and two ships, one
Kherubim and one Daemonite, crashed on Earth. Both races enjoyed
lifespans that could be measured in centuries, and so the stranded
aliens continued their war on our world in secret.
In the 1990’s Jacob Marlowe (actually Lord Emp of Kherubim) brought
together a group of Kherubim and Kherubim/Human hybrids to end the
threat of the Daemonites once and for all. The teams was called the
WildC.A.T.S. (wild being another word for rouge and CATS being short for
Covert Action Teams).
The WildC.A.T.S. spent several years fighting the Daemonites and saved
the world a number of times. The came an event that would change the
team forever. The Kherubim and hybrid members of the teams got their
hands on a spaceship and returned to the Kherubim homeworld of Khera.
There they were informed that the Kherubim/Daemonite war had ended 300
years ago. The conflict on Earth was the last vestige of a battle long
since over.
Emotionally wrought the team returned to Earth and tried to put their
lives back together. The WildC.A.T.S. went on to fight other opponents,
most notably anti-alien extremists called the Puritans, but it wasn’t
the same. The cohesiveness that had made the WildC.A.T.S. what they were
had been forever lost. Eventually the team broke up and everyone went
their separate ways.
But life is rarely as simple as that. The return of Kenyan, one of
the team’s greatest foes, made the former WildC.A.T.S. realize that
there were threats in the world only they could handle. And so a new
“non-team” called simply the Wildcats began. For the most part the
Wildcats pursued their own lives, but when threats came they would come
together and fight the good fight. Even if they really didn’t like each
other anymore.

Grifter: As a member of Team 7, Grifter (a.k.a. Cole Cash) spent the
Cold War fighting secret wars for the US government. As superpower
relationships warmed, Cole was taken in by Zealot of the Coda, and
trained in the sisterhood’s forms of combat. Intent on halting the
Daemonite threat, Cash and Zealot joined the WildC.A.T.S., where they
served for many years. Cash didn’t go on the team’s trip to Khera,
however. He went on with his life on Earth, and was greatly relived to
see them again when they returned to the planet.
When the WildC.A.T.S. broke up Cash went back to his former occupation
as a mercenary. Despite the friction that had grown between him and his
fellow teammates, he later worked with the Wildcats on a number of
missions.
Cole has had extensive training in both conventional and Coda martial
arts. He’s also an expert with a variety of weapons and a crack shot. In
fact, his old Team 7 codename was Deadeye.
For the most part Cole is just a highly trained human solider. For the
most part. During one of Team 7’s missions they were exposed to
mutagenic bio-agent know as the Gen-Factor. The Gen-Factor gave the team
members powers like telephatey and telekinesis. It also drove some of
them insane.
Seeing what this power was doing to his comrades, Cole set out to rid
himself of his powers. Cash eventually succeeded, but he rarely speaks
of it since the process almost drove him mad. Later, Cole learned that
that he hadn’t shaken the Gen-Factor as completely as he’d thought. The
power had permanently altered his body, making it so that Cole ages at
about half the rate of normal humans.

Zealot: Zannah of Khera was one of the alien warriors stranded on Earth
thousands of years ago. Unable to return home, Zealot rapidly
assimilated into Earth’s developing culture. In ancient Greece, she
founded the Coda, a clan of female warriors who became the basis for the
legends of the Amazons, and served as their Majestrix for many years. In
the following centuries, Zealot roamed the Earth occasionally with her
sister, Savant. In the late 20th century, Zealot trained Grifter in the
ways of the Coda and the two began a tempestuous on-again off-again
relationship and served in the WildC.A.T.S..
As a Kherubim Zealot is superhumanly strong, quick and agile. Centuries
of fighting and training have also molded her into quit possibly the
greatest warrior to ever walk the Earth or many other planets.

Savant: The sister of Zealot, Savant is everything her elder sister is
not: uninhibited, fun-loving and free-spirited. She is consumed by a
passion for exploration and learning, and is rarely in one place for an
extended period of time.
While an adventurer at heart, Savant isn’t totally adverse to putting
down the books and taking up a sword to fight the good fight. When the
WildC.A.T.S. were traveling to Khera, the world at large, including
Savant, believed them to be dead. Knowing that the world still needed
someone to fight for it, she organized a replacement team. Despite her
best efforts, Savant’s team didn’t congeal and they broke up after only
a few missions.

Spartan: The being known as Spartan was originally Yon Kohl, a Kherubim
Lord stranded on Earth. Taking the name John Colt, he became an
adventurer throughout the 1930’ and 40’s. Colt was later recruited to
serve in the ill-fated Team One (precursors of Team 7).
As a result of their only mission, Colt’s Kherubim body became
terminally damaged. To save his life, Lord Emp had Colt’s mind
transferred into a Hadrian model android body. Codenamed Spartan, Colt
became the leader of the WildC.A.T.S.. Sadly, the procedure left Colt
with a machine-like persona and he struggled for years to regain his
lost humanity.
After the WildC.A.T.S. broke up, Colt stayed with Lord Emp who he had
pledged to always follow. To counter the threat of Kenyan, Emp decided
to transfer Colt’s mind into an upgraded and more powerful android body.
But a side effect of the transfer would be that Colt would lose almost
all the memories and the humanity that he’d reclaimed over the years.
While not happy about it, Colt remained the good solider and underwent
the procedure. Once it was over, he again began his quest to reclaim his
humanity.
A biosynthetic humanoid, Spartan is able to fly, project biomolecular
blasts and create plasma shields. Additionally, Spartan is an expert
tactician, a fine hand-to-hand combatant and a natural leader.
