The scene: just before Usagi turns into Sailor Moon
for the first time, but with Bill as her mentor
instead of Luna...

Usagi: I have to turn into Sailor Moon? Ok, but how?
Bill: Thrpt ack ack HACKHACKHACKHWARKPTUI!
Usagi: EWWWWWWWWWW!
Bill: Thhpt bleach ack ack thhpt ack thhhhpt.
Usagi. Nope. No way. The youma can take over the
world, I am not going to pick up the 'Henshin
Hairball' and say 'Feline Vomit Power, Make Up'. No,
I'm sorry, not gonna happen.
