Um, would anybody in their right mind name a district Tomobiki (it comes from
a Buddhist list on how "lucky" a day is. You don't want to have a funeral on
one of those days, in that it will "pull friends along", or have them share
your fate.
Also, is the Tokeizaka district in Nerima? Just wanted to know.
