Genma-bashing fic.  Definitely.  Why is Kasumi being so assertive?  Why
is Nabiki so outraged?

Look to manga #1, around page 51,52.  This is exactly how they reacted. This might be a Genma-bashing fic, but it's not going to be because Kasumi was assertive, or Nabiki outraged.
