but he sees it this way: if this kid can take out Akane in one shot, and
she's the strongest fighter in Nermia at this point, than he can ignore
the
fact that he's not a practioner of Anything-Goes. Also, the curse was
written in for two reasons: to curse Ranma (obviously), and to get Shampoo
in
the plot. Phu and I tossed around ideas to try to work in the curse,
since a
lot of plots are lost without it. Eventually, he came up with the idea of
the tourney, and we added Shampoo a little later, so it kills two birds
with
one stone. BTW, I love the Cammy idea! I never thought of it, although I
was going to add Sakura to the engaged list.
