I understand where you're heding with this, but sometimes an author has to
know those characters well to create one damn peice of fiction. Detachment
is a good thing at times but if not careful, it could leave your characters
flat and unappealing. I must admit that emotions will sometimes ruin a peice
but it's not emotions that create the artwork, it's the intellect.
