Thanks to everyone who wrote me to make their opinions known; as the
respondents were unanimous in detesting the name "Lonko", it shall
henceforth (and retroactively, as soon as I can update my webpage) be
changed to "Ranko". (A note will be placed at the beginning of chapter four
for those not on the list.) Thank you for your time and feedback!
