.... You know, I'm getting tired of this. A pretty good and original fic pops up, which may turn into a good series, and some people can't wait to tell the author how it doesn't fit the version of Ranma in their minds, or how a scene in the manga dictates how the character will act in the whole series.

    I'm not saying one should totally disregard the manga, but don't be so quick to call a concept for a fan-fic impossible, especially one with an ALT tab. I've personally seen a lot of fics without an Alt tab that might as well be another series, the characters are so different.

     It's only the first fic. And obviously, he plans on continuing it. So can we at least wait for the second chapter before handing down judgement? I know most stories here explain every little thing up front, but sometimes the answers aren't as forthcoming. Who knows, maybe Akane was bitten by a radioactive Squirtle, and developed amazing powers. Anything can happen during those short training trips.

    So please, can we save the drama until the next chapter comes out? The author seems to know where he want this story to go, so let's enjoy it without pushing a 'Psyche Evaluation of Ranma Saotome/Akane Tendo' on him. Ne? ^-^x
