Well I disagree. That _IS_ the point of the [ALT] Tag. I found the story
very good. Who's to say that since it's an alt Genma didn't teach him
better manners and less martial arts (HA!). Or just that he is a nicer
person in this alt-universe.
It's not neccessarily about Ranma being a nicer person. He would still have
a problem with Akane being better than him, as one person had said, it would
invalidate the whole reason for the ten year long training trip that was
his life. He doesn't have anything else, and this girl, who DOES have a
life outside of martial-arts, is actually as good as if not better than him?
I'd have a big problem with that myself if I were him.
And the [ALT] tag doesn't mean a thing if you don't give a reasonable
explanation for the change.
