I'm fairly sure there is at least one point in the
series (I'd have to look through the scripts to
confirm it, which is more time-consuming than I'm
willing to do right now) where Nanami refers to him
as Kyouichi when speaking of/to him.
It's in ep. 25, in the Student Council meeting
scene, when Saionji tells the others that he won't
fight in the duels anymore. He walks out of the
meeting in the middle, and Nanami yells after him,
calling him by his given name--"Kyouichi!" Offhand, I
can't remember any other time when he's called by his
given name by anyone (although I could just be
forgetful). It's also the only time I can remember
hearing Nanami address him by name--any name.
