This is why both Buffy and Miyu makes such nice cross-overs.

Well, there's the two Azusas who are NOT part of the Mano family (but they're
only Devil Hunters-in-training). Whether or not they're related to each other
is another matter.
The world being a rather large place probably has several "clans" of Devil
Hunters. Doesn't Yokho actually meet some of the "hunters" of the
mulltiveres in the second last or last ep?
In episode 5 she meets the very first Devil Hunter, Haruka Mano (her great^106
grandmother, assuming the generation skip with Yohko's mother was a one-time
thing). In episode 6 she meets her identical second cousin Ayako (written in
katakana in the credits but also an alternate reading of the kanji for
"Yohko").
Nothing precludes other Devil Hunter families, but Yohko's just happens to be
the original line, is all.
