Isn't that a little much?  Yen are about the same value as pennies.
E.g., today (April 10) the current exchange rate is 106.4 Yen/$.
So did you really mean 800 Yen per person instead.

Thus, Kuno paying 5000 Yen for a picture is $50 and Nabiki's
standard 1000 Yen pre question fee is about $10.
