First point, thought I had fixed that, must have missed one. Now onto
point #2
<SNIP>
Akane nodded as her eyes fell on the sword that hung at Ranma's
side;
the Japanese government had sympathized with the communist
government
despite past relations with them. Japan was against the Musk and
what
they represented during the course of the drawn out war that
lasted
almost nine years. Herb was a monarch, a complete and total ruler.
His
rise to power had shaken many of the democracies around the world.
Long, drawn out war? One nuke into the heart of the Musk kingdom
would
have finished it, and China would do it. Even the THREAT of nuclear
bombardment would be enough to break the Musk. This is irrelevant,
however. China simply wouldn't CARE. Even if they DID care, I doubt
Japan, or anyone else for that matter, would.
I'm having to change a lot about China to fit the story. Perhaps the
Musk were on valuable land? Or could retaliate with a nuclear strike of
their own? You'll note I used rise to power, the Musk didn't just attack
the Chinese Gov. They amassed power and started a war. In this story most
of the battles will be fought with swords and martial arts anyway. I have
not yet decided on a reason for this.
The Musk is a kingdom made up entirely of men. They dunk animals
into
the spring of drowned girl to use as mates. They're an insular
bunch,
rather inbred, and kind of stupid.
Actually IRC the Musk no longer used this practice. It is seen as Taboo
and Herb had an accident while trying to gain experience with a woman
before going out to find a mate. They are also nearly wiped out with Herb
and his charges being pretty much the last reminants of the Dinasty.
Obviously this will have to be changed.
IRC also the Musk aren't really stupid, they are easily swayed or
destracted much like Happosai by women. Mostly because they have never
seen one before and have no experience dealing with them.
You need more detail in what your version of The Musk were like,
because the canon Musk weren't all that powerful on a global scale.
Hell,
they weren't even ON the scale.
Once again this will have to be changed to fit the story, this is hardly
cannon Ranma anyway...
