No. What was meant was that the TV series anime should have stopped after
the Kyoto story arc, since the Revenge story arc is coming out as an OAV
series. The manga, itself, goes through the Kyoto story arc and then
proceeds directly into the Revenge story arc. The manga is suppose to
wrap up with the Revenge story arc's conclusion.
