Honestly?

It looks like a bit of a mess filled with incongruities to me.  I just
doesn't work for me.

I suppose part of my problem is that Ranma doesn't need the digiform to 
do his thing.  In a lot of ways this kind of concept works better with a 
character who can't fight in his normal form.  The fact is, human Ranma 
is still more combat capable than "Greymon" or whatever the heck the 
name is so what's the point?
