Lina and the Evangelion Golem

A Slayers/Neon Genesis Evangelion crossover spamfic
None of the characters are mine; no disrespect is intended.

"Ha! Evangelion golem, COME FORTH!" shouted the King of Xoana.
The roof of a nearby building exploded and a giant humanoid
figure stood up and strode out. Inside, the Xoana princess,
Martina, tightly gripped the handles as she muttered curses
through the LCL surrounding her.
"Oh, is that what's written about in the Dead Sea Scrolls of
Xoana?" wondered Lina. The immense, bright red humanoid
figure had an "02" plainly emblazoned on it. Behind Lina,
Amelia, Gourry, and Zelgadis had to sense to look apprehensive.
Martina's eyes widened as she laughed maniacally. "This
golem has been handed down in our kingdom for one thousand
years! Its AT field is impervious to common spells, and it
resists physical harm as well!"
Placing a pince-nez on her nose, Martina aimed the golem's
positronic rifle at a nearby mountain and completely
obliterated it. She then re-aimed the rifle at the four
insolent intruders.
"I'll sacrifice you all to the Mighty Xoalmelgustar!"
"Xoalmelgustar?" asked Lina.
"You know about him?" Gourry scratched his chin.
"I thought I knew most legends pretty well, but I've never
heard of Xoalmelgustar."
"I'm not surprised you haven't heard of him," replied
Martina. "You see, we heard about him from SEELE."
"SEELE? That secret cabal of the highest-ranking
Mazoku?"
"That's right! I am working with SEELE to use this golem
to destroy the world and turn all of humanity into a
single consciousness, a Sea of Chaos if you will,
called Xoalmelgustar, the Lord of Nightmares!"
Lina jumped up and down in frustration. "You can't just
rename the Lord of Nightmares whatever you feel like!"
The golem took a step forward. The giant cord leading
to the plug in its back, however, was already at its
fullest extent. The plug popped out and the golem
stumbled.
"Well, its batteries are one thousand years old, I guess...
The golem's AT field resists common spells, you say? Then
I'll use an UNcommon spell to destroy it!"
Alarmed, Gourry, Amelia, and Zelgadis took immediate
action to alert the city's populace.
Lina prepared her spell, waving her arms and chanting.
"DRAGON SLAVE!"
A ball of red light flew at the downed Evangelion golem.
The large humanoid figure blew up, as did most of the
Kingdom of Xoana.
Much, much later, Martina freed herself from the wreckage
and staggered to her feet. She gazed over the ruins which
had been her kingdom and vowed revenge.
"LINA! I vow you will be the first human to become one
with the Sea of Chaos!"
The End.
Next: What will SEELE do next? Which Mazoku are in the
cabal? And if this golem was "02", where is "01"?
