I would do some of these myself, but I have too many fics to work on myself.
1. Ranma 1/2 Altiverse
What if, instead of getting swallowed by grief from his wife's death, Soun
threw himself into training Akane? Maybe even to the point of taking her on
sever short trining trips, or one extended one? I seem to get this one
image of when Ranma and Akane first sparred, at the normal end to the fight,
Akane turns around with and attack, startling Ranma, and either beating him
or stalemating the match. What if Akane also gained a curse while training,
one just as bad, similar, or worse than Jusenkyo?
2. Someone Other Than Ranma Gets a Clue
What if another one of Ranma or Akane's suitors finally gets that epiphany
so denied most of the cast, and acts accordingly? Maybe Ukyo realizes that
she's been chasing a child's ideal held for ten years more than Ranma
himself, or Shampoo realizes that poisoning a man's mind is not going to
help any.
3. Pokemon three-parter
Part 1: Ash and Misty have become good friends over the course of their
journey, but all journeys must come to an end, and they must now part ways
as Misty returns home to Cerulean City, and Ash to Pallet. This would make
a good semi-WAFFy sadfic.
Part 2: Ash and Misty keep in touch over the years by writing letters or
calling each other, keeping their friendship over a long distance through
school, home, and encounters with the opposite sex.
Part 3: A few years later, Ash and his mother go on a trip to Cerulean City.
There, Ash meets Misty again. I leave the rest to whoever wants it.
4a. EVA/Gundam Wing Crossover set in the Slayers Universe
Just Kidding!
4b. EVA/Gundam Wing Crossover/Fusion/Alternate Universe.
Not too familiar with EVA, so not sure entirely how this would work.
Split comes around episode 5, I think. Another organization, OZ, creates an
artificial method of battling the Angels. Heero, Duo, Trowa, Quatre, Wufei,
and Zechs Pilot Gundams equipped with Minovsky fields, capable of
penertrating an Angel's AT Field. Watch the Gundams compete with the EVAs
for kills! Watch Asuka and Duo get into constant arguments(don't know why,
I just see this happening)! See Heero get into a staring contest with Rei!
