additional information, hopefully of some value. Comments are stated in this
context.
Part 1 (rev.):

Following the arrests, Shinji Ikari and Toji Suzuhara, two of the children
involved with the organisation were granted immunity from prosecution in
exchange for their evidence in the upcoming trials.<<
Records Toji's involvement with NERV as of Ep. 24:
a) Record of employment at NERV: Evangelion Pilot, 1 week. Reason for
contract termination: a permanent physical disability (amputated left leg).

(family welfare program, granted to both Toji and his sister because their

Is Toji sufficiently involved with NERV for officials to warrant arrest?
Post mortem examination concluded that she died from bullet wounds to the
lower chest.<<
Bullet wound to the lower back, just below the right shoulder blade. It

Records show that this storage facility was the one used to house the
alien entity Lilith/Adam.<<
The confusion between the two still persists this many years later?
"Asuka Langley Sohryu was killed while piloting EVA-02 against the EVA
Units 05-13. Her remains were returned to her native Germany in accordance
with her will.<<
I wasn't aware that she recorded a will. Who was it that presented it?
On the evidence since revealed, it, and the beings known as the 'Angels',
were deemed to have been Extra-terrestrial Biological Entities (EBEs).
Recent events seem to have confirmed this view.<<

"We need to know about the EVAs' power systems. We know all we need to
about the umbilical systems, but the internal power systems are confusing
us. The reports on the EVAs' battery systems indicate maximum operating

3rd Angel: UNIT-01 was connected to the Umbilical Cable throughout the

12th Angel: Unknown. It's theorized that UNIT-01 restarted itself by
simulating the S^2 effect.

14th Angel: The Internal Batteries on UNIT-01 were initially offline. As the
S^2 Organs were absorbed *after* the EVA restarted, it is likely to assume
that UNIT-01 used something else to power itself. Hence, the assumption that
the batteries somehow came back online is generally accepted as the power
source UNIT-01 used to restart itself. (Source: ORIGINAL)
"That's Dr. Akagi's area."<<
That's Dr. Katsuragi's area, with him being the author of the Super Solenoid
Theory and whatnot. First name unknown. Sources imply that the theory was
most probably proposed at a science conference in '98 or '99, and revised
very little since. There is no indication that Akagi Ritsuko applied her
knowledge of the theory to the design of the EVAs. (Source: Jargon Book)
or the frightened post-Second Impact residents huddling in their bizarrely
grown nano-tech apartments, participants in tableaux straight of Giger,
Escher or Dali.<<
1) Canon states no references to nanotechnology. If nanotech were present,
NERV would've used it on the EVAs. As is, they didn't. You don't have much

2) Architecture created between the years 2001 and 2004 were built as
necessity allowed; that is, very simple, and often put together from pieces

Part 2 (orig.):
Hitomi had a fair idea of what the photo's subject was, but looked anyway.
A red-headed girl wearing a bright crimson NERV-era EVA plug-suit.
Dead-looking eyes stared, and the girl's left arm was a mess from the
shoulder down, bloodied and torn, reminding Hitomi of an old quote: 'A man
may be naked but still in rags'. Bare bone poked through the skin of the
suit.<<
No evidence to show that Asuka died. Injuries shown just before the MP EVAs
chowed down: Left eye, right arm. Apparently, at the end of EoE, she bears

This room, like most of the base, was fashioned in a curving style, all
the computer consoles a gleaming, almost liquid black, the rest of the room
in similar materials, but lacking the yellow orange and red glow of the
console screens.<<
