what if the curse played a active part in hiding itself, the magic
forced everyone to be like kuno with respect to the transformation.
An alternate but similiar idea is that as long as someone is watching
the cursed victim the victim is unable to change form hot or cold water
has no effect.
Additions that might make such a story more/less interesting would be
all jusenkyou victims can watch each other change and/or not be fooled by the magic that fools all non victims. If this is used then it would almost certainly mean that all elders of the amazon tribe would be cursed probably as a burden of thier position, you don't need a leader who is blind to something like jusenkyo.
Just as a curiosity, I don't believe I've ever read a ranma fanfic using
the above alterations if someone knows of one or has written one I would
like to know where to find it, as per FAQ private replies only.

I can just image akane pounding ranma for making ranko leave, while her
father "demon heads" ranko for chasing off ranma.
Acane dragging ranko in for a hot bath and chasing ranma out.
Would nibiki be smart enough to put 1 ranma and 1 ranko together and come up with 1 person.
