Umm...no. For one, Kasumi of Pokemon has three near-twin sisters, who
have known her for many years. She's also a redhead, and doesn't own a
motorbike (she only has a regular bike...at least, until Ash comes
along).
That being said, there are ways to make this work. For instance, after
Sabrina started letting her dolls-for-years victims go, the family might
have moved away, changed names, and foreswore psychic training (though
keepin martial arts) so as to avoid seekers of vengeance finding them.
