Well, the thing that gets me with this fic is Artemis.
Yes, he was the 'cat behind the curtain' for Luna in the first season, and
YES, there are
premises in Sailor Moon that raise people's hackles...
But Artemis goes from zero to **EVIL** in about 3 seconds here. Chewing
out Luna as soon as they're alone, the ... caring way he discusses the
other Inners, the casual discussion of the Senshi as propaganda tool...

The only thing missing was a *BWAHAHAHAHA* after Artemis' cunning plan.
I admit, it's hard to get that plot point across in a spamfic-length piece.
And if you're not a fan of the Silver Millenium, it's logical to have the
cats morally ambiguous. Still, the author might want
to tone things down a notch so the twist will be easier to digest.
Of course, YMMV. Just my opinion.
