Well as all ways PF is a good Patlabor fic but... ain't Shinobu OCC for
this part?
"Hmm," she said to herself, "Let's see what we've got.... Junk, junk,

on
the back, she blinked. "Tsuge Yukihito? Why, I haven't heard from
him
since he left on that mission for the U.N. several months ago! I
wonder
what he has to say?"
Me thinks one has not yet had watched the Patlabor Movie2 right?
In that case let me give some spoilers.
Shinobu wouldn't act this way with regards to Tsuge since their
relationship broke up in a terrible manner. Tsuge, the prime proponent
in the research of Labors used in battle formed a research group called
the Tsuge School. Most of the younger officers in the police labor
division came from this school. Including Shinobu.
Since Shinobu was his best student they became close. There wouldn't be
a problem but Tsuge is a married man. With this 'moral lapse' (this is
what they called it in the movie) both Tsuge and Shinobu's carier was
shot down. Shinobu became a captain in a remote labor police division
instead of an higher position in the chain of command while the Tsuge
school was abolished.
I dont know if Shinobu knew that Tsuge was married before having an
affair with him but it was common knowledge in the division after the
dust has settled down.
At the same time Tsuge trying to prove this research was right
volunteered for a UN mission. Labor use in the jungle is not advice.
His whole company of labors was wiped out. And after that there is the
whole story for Patlabor movie 2.
Tsuge Yukihito had been an instructor of hers at the academy... and a
little bit more in her personal life. Things had gotten rather...
intimate... between them for a while. After she'd gotten command of
her
own unit, however, their rendesvous became fewer and fewer. At some
point-
shortly after Gotoh had been transferred into the SV2 to become her
XO-
she
had realized that they'd drifted apart completely. They still
communicated
by mail frequently, but they hadn't seen each other in more than a
year.
I dont think that thats possible. Both Tsuge and Shinobu was forced
apart by the Division. And Tsuge immediately volunteered for the UN
mission after the scandal. Both had no time to meet each other and the
only mail Shinobu got from Tsuge was an poem- which was a clue that he
was going to start an coup'de'ta against the Diet.
At times, Shinobu wondered if the timing of that realization had been
a
coincidence... but it wasn't that she was no longer in love with
Tsuge.
She was. It was that he wasn't around any more.
Right and Tsuge also did loved her as well(Patlabor Movie 2 ending
scenes). If they weren't caught Tsuge would probably divorced his wife
and married Shinobu. Tsuge probably had the same problems has Gomioka
now in your story.
All in all the whole core of your story is... well shot down unless you
planned it this way. Which would make me look like an ass by the way:)

Can you give a name for Goto's niece? It really annoying. How about
Miyuki?(You'er under arrest) IT would be cute:)
And Noa having a punctured colon too much just by being run over? The
riot police must have jumped on her a few time to got this kind of
injury.

Motoko Chan: Is Tsuge gonna be the bad guy for the next mission? If he
